Tabor College – Presidential Leadership Scholarship

Have you ever thought about how you may be gifted with leadership skills?  At Tabor College, we have a passion for developing Godly leaders who will receive excellent training and experience, then go into the world as God calls to make it a better place.

We believe you to be a person with strong leadership potential and invite you to apply for our Presidential Leadership program.  Our program is very unique.  Like most college presidential programs, there are scholarship opportunities, but there is so much more.  The value of Tabor’s leadership program goes way beyond the scholarship and regular classroom experiences.  Here is a sample of what you could be a part of:

  • network with local, state and national government leaders
  • listen to great leaders speak (this year it was former President of the U.S. George Bush)
  • regular group discussions about leadership books that each of you have been reading
  • movie night at Tabor President Jules Glanzer’s house each month
  • regular mentoring time with President Glanzer as well as other senior leaders on Tabor’s campus
  • excursions with President Glanzer to see places that highlight leadership like former U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower’s Presidential Library
  • attend leadership classes and seminars each semester
  • give leadership to select projects and ministries
  • serve as a Presidential Ambassador for Tabor College at special events

We believe you have leadership potential and we believe it can be fully developed at Tabor College.  We invite you to apply for the Tabor Presidential Leadership Scholarship program by clicking on the link below.  This is a competitive program and the deadline for application is October 1, 2012.
