In order to complete the FAFSA at the College Goal Sunday Program, you and your parents will need the following:
Social Security numbers (student/parents)
Driver’s license (student; if applicable)
2014 federal income tax returns if completed (student/parents) or,
2013 federal income tax returns if estimating for 2014 (student/parents)
2014 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned (student/parents)
2014 untaxed income records – family child support received and/or paid, workmen’s compensation/disability income, living allowances for clergy or military (student/parents)
Most recent bank statement(s) and earning statements on non-retirement investments (student/parents)
Alien registration card (student; if not a U.S. citizen)
FAFSA PIN number (student/one parent; can be obtained prior to event at http://www.pin.ed.gov)
Get free on-site professional assistance filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form.
